HOW MANY CALORIES SHOULD I EAT FOR LUNCH?
We know that staying healthy can sometimes be hard when ordering out.According to the NHS, the recommended calorie intake for lunch is 600 calories. Over the course of the day our food intake should be made up of: 33% Fruit and Veg, 33% Carbohydrates, 15% Dairy, 7% Fats and Sugars and 12% Protein - and yes, this includes caterpillar cake!
Great news: all our products are less than 600 calories and are a good balance of veg and protein! We even have 10" wraps that are 300 calories or under. This all means that you should have no fear - just because you're ordering in food, it doesn't mean it's going to be bad for you!
