THE WOLF RUN: An intense 10km run, involving huge obstacles, crocodile infested rivers (potential lie), lots of mud, and crazy terrain. I feel exhausted even writing this. This takes mental and physical strength to another level, in which tears may be shed. Donate Team Swin!!

13000 FOOT FREE FALL: I am not as they say a religious man. However, I feel that is about to change. That’s right, we wont be waddling though dirt, no sir, but me and my trusty team of five courage pluckers’ will be risking life (and salad) to come through on their parachute challenge ahead of them.
